Key Result Areas 

 

 Impact the Brand Financials 

  • Monitor the marketing budget and expenditure on key Brand and sports marketing initiatives 
  • Negotiate with vendors to get the best rates for procuring marketing collaterals 
  • Ensure timely vendor onboarding, PO release and invoice submission for all vendors 

 

Understand, Define & Continuously track evolving consumer needs  

  •  Define & track the targeted customer in terms of demographic & psychographic profile 
  • Understand triggers influencing buying, buying process and shopping behavior 


Develop Relationships with agency partners to build & execute Communication & Marketing plans  

  •  Coordinate with mainline, digital, media, and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of creative concepts. 
  • Proactively plan for the social media content calendar with the digital agency and set up a tracking system to monitor all content and feedback received on the medium. 
  •  Ensure timely delivery of artworks and see through the execution of the same. 
  •  Ensure efficient Media Planning & Buying 

 

Sports Marketing 

  •  Ensure timely delivery of merchandise to all Brand Ambassadors 
  • Proactively plan and deliver the necessary gear to all trainers of Reebok Running Squad 
  • Identify Brand appropriate influencers, negotiate terms of association and see through the execution of the same. 

 

Customer engagement 

  • Plan the marketing Campaign Effectiveness 
  • Track consumer feedback and relay the same to the relevant teams 


Build an Efficient Marketing Budget & Execute on agreed Brand Objectives 

  • Define Brand Objectives in terms of salience in the target segment, footfalls into the store, consumer experience within the store and CRM 
  • Build Marketing Plans and Budget for executing on agreed objectives 
  • Innovate in marketing execution to build marketing cost efficiencies  

 

Efficiency in marketing processes 

  • Agency Management 
  • Athlete & Influencer management 
  • Timely execution of all marketing collaterals 
  • Timely Delivery of all merchandise to partners 

Qualifications:
MBA

Minimum Experience Level:
3-5 Years
