Job Overview: This role play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's business objectives while ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, compliant, and aligned with company values. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy & Planning:
    • Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand workforce needs and create comprehensive hiring plans aligned with business goals.
    • Lead strategic talent mapping and pipelining efforts for future workforce requirements.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer stage.
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using multiple channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.)
    • Ensure the application of best practices in screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify key requirements and deliver on hiring objectives.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and training to hiring managers on effective recruitment techniques.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Enhance the candidate experience through proactive communication, timely feedback, and a transparent recruitment process.
    • Manage relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive interaction and branding of the company as an employer of choice.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand in the marketplace.
    • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging in recruitment-related campaigns.
  • Data and Metrics:
    • Analyse recruitment data and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
    • Prepare and present reports on hiring trends, time-to-fill, candidate quality, and other KPIs to leadership.
  • Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Promote a diverse and inclusive recruitment approach by ensuring unbiased sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
    • Work closely with HR to develop initiatives that attract diverse talent to the organization.
  • Vendor & Partner Management:
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and service levels.
    • Ensure the timely and cost-effective use of external resources to meet recruitment goals.

Master of Business Admin

4-6 Years
