Job Overview: This role play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's business objectives while ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, compliant, and aligned with company values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand workforce needs and create comprehensive hiring plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead strategic talent mapping and pipelining efforts for future workforce requirements.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer stage.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using multiple channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Ensure the application of best practices in screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify key requirements and deliver on hiring objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to hiring managers on effective recruitment techniques.
- Candidate Experience:
- Enhance the candidate experience through proactive communication, timely feedback, and a transparent recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive interaction and branding of the company as an employer of choice.
- Employer Branding:
- Lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging in recruitment-related campaigns.
- Data and Metrics:
- Analyse recruitment data and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Prepare and present reports on hiring trends, time-to-fill, candidate quality, and other KPIs to leadership.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Promote a diverse and inclusive recruitment approach by ensuring unbiased sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Work closely with HR to develop initiatives that attract diverse talent to the organization.
- Vendor & Partner Management:
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and service levels.
- Ensure the timely and cost-effective use of external resources to meet recruitment goals.
