Drive initiatives to achieve financial deliverable of all stores in the Region

  • Create and execute new ideas of generating revenue through various new avenues to ensure each store in the region continues to achieve revenue growth
  • Elevate relationship with Key customers personally in the region to acquire higher contribution of business
  • Optimize store sellex - managing costs through new initiatives of cost reduction
  • Ensure effective CRM Management to Drive sales
  • Ensure effective CRM Management to Drive sales
  • Implement preventive maintenance measures to reduce the costs

 

 

 

 

 

 

Co-ordination across different functions to implement smooth functioning of all stores in the region

  • Provide weekly feedback to the buying and merchandising Team on the Product & customer insights
  • stay connected with the HR and L&D team to fill manning and training gaps by identifying requirements
  • connect with VM Head to suggest on changes required to ensure focus on non-moving merchandise to achieve higher ST's
  • Co-ordinate with the Marketing Team to share customer feedback and to maintain and elevate customer data health
  • Share constant inputs with relevant teams to ensure constant stock replenishments

 

 

 

 

 

Store Management in the respective Region to ensure smooth functioning aimed at achieving targets

  • establish processes for the respective region and increase top line with use of various efficiency tools.
  • ensure strict SOP adherence
  • track team performance and keep a close watch on team development activities of people on the floor
  • Ensure VM and CRM standards are met to achieve exceptional consumer experience
  • Adherence to One system & super store audits for all stores in the region

 

 

  • Improve efficiency of backend staff to ensure higher standards of service delivery - cashiering & inventory efficiency
  • conduct walk-throughs for identifying and implementing action plan for smooth store operations and exceptional customer

People Management

  • Monitoring appraisals for all staff in the region on a quarterly basis and ensure execution of IDP's identified for individuals with the assigned mentor's
  • ensure high level of engagement with the team and focused approach on achievement of development plans to have reduced attrition and higher performing team
  • identify and develop next level of managers - SM's & Coaches in the region (Succession Planning across key roles)
  • identify and request for required trainings - need based / intervention trainings required for the store team members including Managers
  • constant store visits to understand the levels of engagement by the SM's with their team members
  • ensure team's work together closely to deliver on the business expectations
  • innovative ways to hire through campus programs and ensuring tight inductions of new

joiners

 

 

 

 

Competition study and analysis

  • actively look into competition performance to draw comparisons in current trends and develop POA with HO team
  • Develop a connect with the other counterparts in the industry
  • Share constant competition study insights with the HO team
  • Keep a track of new brands/ competition development

 

 

 

 

 

 

SOP adherence

  • ensure adherence to SOP’s as defined by store

operation manual by all stores in the region

  • Inventory management – Ensures stock control for the region as per guidelines – reviews audit reports
  • Vendor payments – Approves store expenses basis budget
  • Weekly Audit of cashiering and warehouse activities
  • Audits on staff grooming & learning and development plans identified
  • Ensure all checklists are followed - weekly Audit
  • Service case Tracker and Perfect checklist Audits

 

 

and ensure closure of Action Plan's

  • Ensure timely vendor payments and liason with HO for speedy closure

Qualifications:
Master of Business Admin

Minimum Experience Level:
6-10 Years
