Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily attendance Monitoring.
  • Collect, review, and verify timesheets and work charts.
  • Prepare monthly salary sheets that include all adjustments based on paid time off, overtime, bonuses, commissions, or any other factors
  • Process payroll-related paperwork for new employees and add them to the payroll system 
  • Update all timekeeping, payroll, and benefits data in HRIS and payroll solutions on joining and exits.
  • Stay updated on any changes to tax or other payroll-related laws that are applicable to our organization.
  • Provide information to other employees regarding payroll policies and available benefits plans.
  • Investigate and resolve any complaints or queries regarding payroll and timekeeping data.
  • Prepare month-end and year-end reports and reconcile issued payroll with bank statements.
  • Maintain and update employee information in payroll records. 
  • Stay up to date on changes to payroll and timekeeping laws and regulations . 
  • Provide information to employees and managers on payroll, tax, benefits, and collective agreement provisions.
  • Will be responsible for Internal & External Audits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handling industrial relations issues within the organization.
  • Staff canteen administration. 

Qualifications:
Master of Business Admin

Minimum Experience Level:
4-8 Years

Report to:
Assistant General Manager
