Base Location: Bangalore 

Minimum Qualification: Graduation and above 

Preferred Years of Experience: 5-10 years

Key Result Areas

DS Revenue 

· Maintain adequate stock availability in front end

 · Increase distribution of brand across chains

 · Seek opportunities for product portfolio expansion in existing departmental stores

DS Profitability 

·Sell more merchandise in front end stores during non-discounted period 

· Promote sales during non-discounted period 

· Handle engagement and marketing/promotional activities for the same

Working Capital Management

 · Ensure optimum level of stock in warehouse

Market Share 

· Ensure more sales than competitors in chains

Training 

· Plan trainings for new joiners and staff

 · Handle DS-next for staff capability building
