ERP & Non-ERP Application Management 

• Ensure the enhancement and maintenance of Legacy Systems.
• Ensure the roll out of ERP applications at the location. 
• Ensure the effective implementation of ERP and Non-ERP application
• Co-ordination with the development team wherever gaps are identified.
• Support to Development team to meet User/ business needs.
• End user Training and Hands Holding.
• Communicate the bugs & issues reported to Development team of ERP and Non- ERP.
• Ensure corrective data migration whenever new package come.

Ensure 99.9 % Application availability and Support As per SLA 

• ·       To manage 6 Nos. of Weigh Bridges and 15 Station of RFID based smart Weigh Bridge application and its hardware– (RFID Readers, Antennas, Card Readers, Cameras, Boom Barriers etc.)
• ·       Ensure Database, Application backup & restoration testing as per schedule.
• ·       Ensure bug free development ,integration  of RFID system & CSCTS application as per needs and user/business requirement
• ·       Ensure CSCTS application availability in plant
• ·       Manage In-Motion WB system availability and database administration and integration with ERP database

1. Maintain and work under Information Security Standard ISO 27001 and Audit Compliances as per ABG Group Policy 
2. ISO 27001:2013 Standards 
3. IT security/upkeep of IT to ensure implementation of policy.
4. Responsibility of identification of information assets and take part in the risk assessment & risk treatment of the same. 
5. Authorize security products to be implemented. 
6. Put in place reliable security and authorization system to eliminate damages or loss of data.

• Ensure timely redressal of all user complaints to improve users’ satisfaction.

Database Management

Ensure 99.9 % Servers & Applications uptime by doing the daily server monitoring and backup restoration actives of below servers

Manage & Maintain data integration process as per Business Requirement like-
