Job Description:
- To adhere to the compliances as per the applicable Labor Laws
- Managing all court cases and supporting management with the legal counseling, case presentation and documentation required in all cases.
- Managing disciplinary actions against delinquent employees, forming charge sheets, show-cause notices etc.
- Monitoring Absenteeism and disciplinary proceedings for absentee cases
- Coordinating Domestic inquiry process as and when need arises
- To support and execute workmen recruitment in line with Ward’s Policy
- Maintaining all records and registers / documents for the verification at the time of inspection by the authorities to ensure no Non Conformities are observed
- Liaison with Statutory Authorities to seek advice and roll out of new amendments
Qualifications:
Master Of Social Work,Master Of Labour Welfare,LL.B / B.L.S.
Minimum Experience Level:
4-7 Years
