Job Description:

Job Context: 

This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates across various departments. It also involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle to ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Recruitment:

    • Actively source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination:

    • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
    • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
    • Support in organizing and participating in recruitment events, career fairs, and campus recruitment.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific job requirements.
    • Provide timely updates to the talent acquisition lead and other stakeholders on recruitment progress.
  • Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure candidates have a positive experience from the point of application to onboarding.
    • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering timely feedback and information.
  • Data & Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
    • Generate reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
    • Provide input for continuous improvement in recruitment processes and tools.
    • Preparing of dashboards and tracking the status
    • Regular reporting to the critical stakeholders
    • Focus on talent acquisition-based analytics 

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • 3-5  years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in sourcing or recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of various sourcing platforms and tools.
  • Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
MBA

Minimum Experience Level:
3-5 Years
