A. Organise and co-ordinate various Land acquisition related activities / Collective bargaining with villagers / farmers.
B. Liaisioning with the, Revenue dept. in connection with the land related matters.
C. Build-up the public relation with the nearby villagers / farmers, Sarpanch & others public fame to maintain harmonious relation to create sense of belongingness among and maintain the core values of the company.
D. Settle down the public grievances in connection with land & related issues by counselling & collective bargaining.

Taking care of HR Operations and Welfare activities for 513 O&S employees and 146 WB employee at Maihar and 23 O&S employees at Bicharpur Coal Mines
Managing CA Land & Mines Land BudgetJob Context: - UltraTech Cement Ltd. is the largest manufacturer of grey cement, Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) and white cement in India. The Company has a consolidated capacity of 137.85 Million Tonnes Per Annum (MTPA) of grey cement. UltraTech has 23 integrated manufacturing units, 29 grinding units, one Clinkerisation unit and 8 Bulk Packaging Terminals.
Maihar Cement Works is a modern cement plant with a high level of automation, computer-aided data acquisition & sophisticated control system, which ensures quality at every stage of production. The Unit is strategically located at Sarlanagar at a distance of about 8 Kms from the town of Maihar on Maihar-Dhanwahi Road in Satna District of Madhya Pradesh. About 45 Kms South-East of Satna, a hub of Cement Industries in India. Maihar is situated at the Main Railway line of Howrah-Mumbai. It is one of the famous dots in the mythological map of India and also regarded as the abode of Goddess Sharda.
The Unit has a clinker production capacity of 3.0 MTPA, Cement Production capacity of 4.2 MTPA & manufactures OPC 43, OPC 53 & PPC grade of cement with Environment clearance for cement production capacity enhancement to 6.0 MTPA. Unit also has a solar power plant of installed capacity 12.5 MW DC / 8.75 MW AC and is equipped with the latest technology & equipment’s. The Normal Power requirement of the Unit is about 47.5 MW which is being met through our two nos. TPP of a total capacity of 2 x 15.7 MW. We have also a contract demand of 22 MVA with MPPKVVCL.

1. On time availability of funds to close the land deals is a challenge due to time required in getting various approvals and funds
2. To achieve land procurement target of the Unit required for land expansion and mines purposes.
3. UTCL is India’s no 1 cement manufacturing company and this built ups an expectation from land owner and it is difficult to negotiate on favorable rates.
4. Quicker settlement of land disputes.

6. Maintain the peace in the working atmosphere of the mining & avoid disputes with the villagers / outsiders we are keeping cordial relation with the law & order authorities.

- Preparing approval notes for fund requirement while using various approval software’s like jiffy and I Approve.
- Felicitating internal and external audits, producing documents as required by team.
- Working on non-conformities to ensure 100% compliances to system and compliances.
- Timely submission of water cess
KRA5Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives- Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
- Educating Staff, WB and CL Manpower to perform their jobs safely while improving their awareness on the Job they are performing, associated hazards and measures to perform the jobs safely while escalating unsafe acts and behaviors to their seniors.
- Timely conducting scheduled SO round (4 SO Rounds Per Month) and Walk Through Rounds (6 WTI Rounds Per Month),ensuring reporting of accidents, incidents and near misses on occurrences in the area of concern in system.
- Reporting all major and minor Incidents , investigation of incidents & closing all recommendations as per timeline mentioned in Incident Investigation Standard & Procedure
KRA6System Management: -
(Implementing & monitoring effective execution of IMS and other systems in the Section for overall improvements towards productivity and creating safe work culture)
1. To plan & execute timely ABOEF process activities in respective Section like 5S, BCE, hygiene, Model area, illumination, good maintenance practices, visual & Lubrication management, QCDIPSHE performance, Kaizen, OPL, improvement projects etc. for internal customer satisfaction.
2. Review procedure requirements & recommend amendments for continuous improvement.
3. Actively taking lead in meetings for implementation good practices in improving associated KFA and GRT performance and carry out internal audits to ensure effective implementation of systems
4. To inculcate team for reducing repetitive nature problem, training other on tacit knowledge, adapting new technology, bring kaizen & improvement projects, adherence & develop preservation SOP's.
5. Ensure proper implementation of IMS standards by timely Updation of documents & control, reviewing standards requirements, taking corrective & preventive action against findings internal and external audit/assessments finding for timely closure for 100% compliance.
