Job Description:
Manager: Collections Marketing & Content Strategy
Responsibility
- Collections integrated marketing strategy: Conceptualize and execute collections marketing strategy & campaigns aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives. This comprises creative development, media planning, PR & digital strategy on collections.
- Content Strategy & Playbook: Content playbook to build a distinctive brand tone of voice through various channels like website, CRM, social and retail collateral.
- Driving Alliances & Collaborations: Ability to identify and operationalize strategic alliances and collaborations which would build brand imagery and eco-system of lifestyle.
- Content creation: Should bring in the ability to create content from scratch basis the ask with studios (in-house/outside), collaborators, designers and production houses. Visual (static/dynamic) as well as verbal (copywriting) content creation ability and experience is a must.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functional stakeholders like product, merchandizing, retail, to ensure seamless experience delivery across all customer touch points.
- External collaboration: Ability to work with external studio, production houses, talent, content creators etc. and be custodian of the brand identity and imagery across all bodies f work.
Requirements:
- Education: Masters in marketing/ Advertising Planning/ Brand Solutions
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in campaign planning and development preferably with experience in working with studios, running a studio, production houses, copywriting, content creator etc. for brand campaigns on digital mediums.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to think out of the box so as to develop innovative brand campaigns and initiatives that capture attention, resonate with the target audience, and differentiate the brand in the market in the right brand tonality & imagery.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages, develop marketing collateral, and present ideas to stakeholders.
