KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1Accountability- Court Cases :

Attend court cases regarding land disputes, workmen compensation, at lower and session courts for timely completion and safeguarding companys interest.
* Ensuring the preparation of necessary back ¿up papers.

* Interacting with the advocates.

* Participate as witness in Court fron management side.

* Interact with local people for settlement of issues.

* Attending court cases as and when dates are given.
KRA2Wage administration (Contract Labour Cell):* Monitoring & to follow up with contractors for timely submission of bills, monitoring proper maintenance of registers as per Contract Labour(Abolition & Regulation) Act, 1970.

* To implement wages hike as per Minimum wages Act and Local settlements.

* To ensure compliance under ESI/PF Act.
KRA3Statutory Compliances :* Monitoring license renewal of all the contractors

* Coordinating with the new contractors in getting the labour license.

* Submission & Coordinating with contractors for half yearly/annual returns as per Contract Labour(Abolition & Regulation)Act.,

* Laisioning with LEO(C), ALC(C), & Labour Officer-State.
KRA4Communication

Management of communication facilities for speedy and uninterrupted services in a cost effective manner
* Monitoring the EPABX Operators / Dak Services

* Co ordinate with BSNL for smooth working of exchange.

* Maintaining record of official & Personal calls

* Handle complaints
KRA5People Development* To Guide & Monitor the subordinates in their respective areas & providing cross functional exposure to team members
KRA6Contract Labour:

Management and control of contract labour as per laid down procedures to fulfill the requirement of Unit
* Implementation of various settlements of Contractors with the Union

* Implementation of Minimum wages as per Karnataka Min.Wages Act.

* Bonus / Ex-gratia payment to Packing plant / Gen.Contract Labour

* LTA payment to Packing Plant Labours

* Monitor & review use of contract labour

Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Arts & Law,Labor Law & Personal Mgmt

Minimum Experience Level:
5-10 Years
