Position Overview:
We are looking for dynamic Project Engineers/Lead across Civil, Electrical, and Erection fields to oversee site-based project execution in our wind and solar energy divisions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality, on-time, and safe project completions across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Lead field activities, manage project schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.
- Technical Oversight: Monitor and support installation and commissioning activities, including cable laying, equipment erection, HT/LT electrical systems, and structural setups.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement safety protocols at each project stage.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project progression.
- Reporting: Prepare progress reports and present project milestones to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years for Engineers, 8+ years for Lead positions; experience in renewable energy (wind/solar) preferred.
- Skills: Strong project management abilities, knowledge of industry standards, and familiarity with safety regulations.
Locations: Site-based roles across regions in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and other project locations.
