•  Ensure quality control and meet customer specifications

Team Management

• Lead and develop a team of production staff, supervisors, and maintenance personnel.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness.

Maintenance and Engineering

• Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.

Logistics and Supply Chain

• Manage inventory control, warehousing, and shipping/receiving operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Implement and maintain a robust safety management system.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
