Design Support | - Responsible for providing 2D/3D design/drawing support to the technical and Sales team.
- Support includes but not limited to meeting and presenting our technical solutions to Architect's and Facade consultants, preparing proposal drawings.

Estimation Support | - · Estimation of projects using WM/ Excel Template.
- Value Engineering for projects to improve project conversion ratio.

Production Support | - Prepare Cutting List templates.
- Profile optimization to reduce wastage.
- Fabrication drawing for custom designs.

Site Quality and Audit Support | - Visit Eternia Project Sites to Audit Installed products.
- Carry out Audits at Fabricator’s manufacturing facility.
- Prepare detailed quality reports.

Technical Support to sales team & fabricator during pre-sales and post sales to drive revenue and quality | - To set-up pre sales and post sales process and guidelines from scratch i.e. enquiry to estimation to order confirmation to installation
- Support the sales team in business development/ sales process by participating in architect/consultant interactions and technical content development to demonstrate product’s performance capabilities
- Pre-sales process- product proposal preparation, technical discussions with customer/influencers, value engineering, estimation & quotation, structural checks, feasibility checks etc.
- Post sales/ Order execution support during site survey, fabrication, installation, trouble shooting
- Quality control and check- material to fabrication to installation

Team Management | - Manage a team of product developers, sales support, on-ground tech support, trainers etc.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in sales, supply chain, technical, service etc.
- Manage external design experts, support resources

Qualifications:
Graduate
Minimum Experience Level:
15-20 Years
