Cement Mill , Roller press & Slag Mill Maintenance: 1) Ensure maximum mill availability & Calculate MTTR of Cement Mill & RP, 2) Stoppage Reduction by proper planning of Preventive Maintenance of Cement Mill, RP & Flyash Silo Equipment procurement 3) Mechanical Modification work for plant productivity improvement , 4) Proper planning of manpower for effective utilization and manpower productivity improvement , 5) Proper checking of equipment health as per engineer check sheet,6) PM order & M2 notification closing in SAP, 7) Doing walk-through round as per rules 8) Near-miss, Unsafe act & condition reporting, 9) Ensure all the safety standard to be maintain properly 10) To lead in Safety standard as champion. 6) Shift supervising. 7) Ensure smooth operation cement mill & roller presser to meet the production target as per P&B.8) Digtalization initiative to be done and ensure its implementation .9) Manpower productivity improvement 10) Assist in project commissioning of RP & slag mill. 11) Ensure all 16 nos. safety standard implemnentation.12) Innovation and improvement job suggestion to be implemented.
