Job Purpose

Talent Management 

Coordinating various talent management activites such as potential assessment, entire talent pool process including coordination for DAC, talent Pool MDP, PMS process.

OD and OE Activities

Organise various OD and OE activities as per BHR guidelines.

L & D Activities

Prepration of training calander for CL and O&S employees. Plan and organise various technical and behavioural traning for CL and O&S employees. Traning record management.

Statutory Compliance

Ensure various statutory compliances wrt L&D and other HR activities as defind in Factory Act 1948 and Contract Labour R&A Act 1970.

Safety 

Improve safety culture and implement safety standard.



Qualifications:
MBA,BBA,Post Graduate

Minimum Experience Level:
3-8 Years
