Liaison with the Site Project Head to align the project roadmap for the site with business plan.
• Ensure site team's adherence to the site completion plan and business plan for one site.
• Drive processes and practices within the team so it will enable the site construction to be “right first time”.
Assist Project Head to perform evaluations and reference checks to ensure superior quality of contractors within budget while sourcing them.
• Managing contractors to ensure smooth and timely execution of the site construction by effectively tackling interpersonal issues, labour related challenges, matters related to material quality, and legal issues.
• Drive policy and process documents for standard operations for one’s site.
• Support the Project Head on statutory requirements such as pollution clearance, factory inspection, electricity board clearance to ensure all required clearances for one’s site are procured timely.
