Job Description for Staff Materials (RM & Fuel)
- Hands on knowledge of working in SAP for GRN preparation and bill processing.
- Responsible to prepare GRN of Raw Materials received by Rail and Road Mode.
- Transport portal - Mapping of vendors in Transport portal and assist them to submit transport bill in the portal.
- To ensure timely processing and submission transporters and vendors bills.
- To handle vendor payment related queries and to rely to UKSC query to timely resolution.
- MIS as per Management requirement.
- Knowledge of WCM and Safety standards.
- Physical verification of RM & Fuels.
- Coordination and follow up with vendor / transporters for timely loading of Materials and with User department for timely unloading of material.
- SOP compliance and Raw material Inventory management.
Qualifications:
Post Graduate,Graduate
Minimum Experience Level:
3-5 Years
