Job Description:
Role responsibilities:
- ???Master Data maintenance w.r.t Activity Type, Activity Rates, valuation class, overhead, SPK in material master
- ???Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Profit Centre Accounting.
- ???Maintaining and Controlling Product Costing based on Standard Costing method
- ???Checking of BOM Routing upgradation time to time and Coordinating with Operations and Engineering
Team - ???Work order management and timely closure in Coordination with Operation team
- ???Implement NPD costing
- ???Standard cost release in SAP for FG/SFG
- ???Setting up of Assessment and Distribution Cycles.
- ???Periodic closing activities relating to Controlling Module.
- ????Maintenance of Activity Rates and assessing the impact on Inventory valuation.
- ????Operational Inventory valuation from SAP for all material categories i.e. RM/PM/SFG/FG/WIP
- ????Maintaining Cost Accounting Records
- ????Performing RA (Result Analysis) runs and analysing the impact on Inventory.
- ????Analysis of Under/Over absorption of overheads and finding its root cause.
- ????Standard Costing Variance Analysis
- ????Prepare key financial reports such as Manufacturing Cost Forecasting and bridging with Actuals.
- ????Cost per unit analysis - Actual Vs Standard
- ????Analysing & reporting of purchase price variance (PPV) vs. budget and previous year
- ????Responsible for COGS reconciliation and variance analysis between standard and actual cost
- ????Variance Analysis w.r.t to material consumption - Due to price /usage /mix / yield / abnormal loss
- COPA Report development and analysis.
- Inventory Valuation – Cost or NRV comparison.

Experience: 3 to 7 years of good experience in CO Module of SAP S/HANA preferably in Manufacturing Organization Working Knowledge of Production Planning and Material master modules in SAP. Experience of costing and inventory valuation flow in SAP
Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting with CMA / CMA Inter / CA Inter / M Com.
Certification in SAP FICO modules would be preferred.
