Job Context & Major Challenges

Job Context: In the dynamic landscape of the Linen & Cotton business, a vast network encompassing 200 Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), 7,000+ Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs), and Large Format Stores (LFS), the importance of effective and productive employees cannot be overstated. This strategic undertaking aims to foster a culture centered on customer-centricity, instilling pride in association with the prestigious Aditya Birla Group, ultimately resulting in exponential business growth, driven by a spectrum of Learning and Development interventions.

As our organization aspires to embrace a more progressive stance and forges closer connections with consumers and customers through diverse marketing initiatives and multiple sales channels, the imperative of enhancing the effectiveness of our diverse sales force and key influencers becomes undeniable. This ambitious endeavor extends to the training of personnel in our Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), the most direct offline Business-to-Consumer (B2C) channel. However, it also encompasses the comprehensive training of our direct and indirect sales personnel involved in Fabric and Apparel serving MBOs, dealers, agents, and more. The objective is to equip our sales force with the tools and knowledge required to learn better and faster, thereby optimizing sales processes and outcomes through the refinement of hard skills. While this initiative is both challenging and fascinating, it represents a significant departure from the norm, requiring the establishment of a fresh foundation from the ground up.
