Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial negotiations and settlements for HR Admin related activities, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.
- Negotiate and manage both long-term and short-term contracts, achieving cost-effective agreements.
- Lead commercial negotiations and settlements for IT and digital services, focusing on cost savings and value maximization.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate cost savings across the procurement portfolio.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of S2P and P2P procurement processes.
- Ensure timely completion of commercial activities for support functions (Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, R&D, and IT) while adhering to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- MBA degree preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in procurement with a strong focus on commercial negotiations.
- Proven track record of cost reduction and contract optimization.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and systems.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
