Job Description:
- Administration Support – Coordinate and ensure effective administrative support and services such as Canteen Management, Office area, Housekeeping Services, Pantry Services, Guest House management in the unit/plant to support operations.
- Contractual Staff Management – Supervise and manage contractual administration staff including attendance, allocation of work, deployment etc. for supporting various unit requirements.
- Transportation Support – Plan and manage local transportation for the employees and guests to support unit requirements.
- Liaison – Liaison with local authorities, local leaders, and opinion makers to fulfil various requirements of the Unit/Plant.
- Estate Management - Support development of lawns and greenery and in unit and maintain existing gardens. Support in overall estate management activities.
- Statutory Compliances (Admin Teams) – Drive Statutory Compliances related to Admin department teams engagement of Contract employees and Administrative support services for the unit.
- Process Efficiency – Ensure adherence to best practices of administrative support and services for the unit/plant that complies with Statutory requirements and processes prescribed by the Business / Group.
- CSR Support - Support the CSR efforts undertaken by the Unit/Plant team through administrative support.
- Record Keeping – Ensure all records related to administration department are effectively preserved and well documented for future reference.
Qualifications:
MBA,Masters
Minimum Experience Level:
3-5 Years
