Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist ABSTC Top Management in guiding & implementing SHE policy.
- Plan & execute actions to achieve the SHE objectives for the site.
- Implement action plans to achieve continual improvement in the standards of SHE for the site.
- Ensure 100 % Compliance on all Regulatory matters pertaining to Safety, Health and Environment.
- Assist in Site emergency and crisis management. Maintain and test effective fire prevention and protection system for control of fire losses.
- Identify training needs, develop programs & impart training with the support from department heads to upgrade knowledge & skills of employees at various levels.
- Plan and Implement Sustainability targets for the site on the 16 Pillars of ESG which is the base for our Sustainability Journey.
- Ensure Timely and Accurate reporting on Sustainability to relevant stakeholders including the parameters to be submitted to rating bodies and ensure assurance of the same.
- Maintain and appropriately report all SHE & Sustainability MIS.
- Facilitate the functioning of the Site Safety Committee, Conducting Reviews, Facilitating Audits and Assurance.
- Commemorate all Safety Events and Conduct Campaigns as per ABG and State Rules.
- Communicate and Develop Visual Management for all SHE matters for the site.

Qualification
- B.E Chemical/Mechanical + Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety
Experience
- 8-10 years preferably in Chemical industry
Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech (Dist Education)
Minimum Experience Level:
8-10 Years
