Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Head of Data Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to drive business insights, inform decision-making processes, and support overall organizational objectives.

  • ·       Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing data analytics initiatives within a large organization.
  • Deep understanding of data analytics concepts, methodologies, and tools, with expertise in areas such as statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing data-driven strategies that drive business value and competitive advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analytics software and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and/or SAS.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines

  1. Continuously build cutting edge consumer digital experiences that drive differentiation in marketplace with focus on meaningful business value balancing pragmatic technology deployment efforts and costs.
  2. Be on top of everchanging consumer technology landscape across cloud, mobile, CDP / CRM integrations and marketing automation.
  3. Lead and Guide Business / Technology and Partner teams on technical and platform best practices, phased deployments and benefits tracking.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business intelligence needs and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making

Data Visualization

Drive the design and development of interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels

Data Infrastructure

Evaluate and implement data infrastructure solutions and technologies to support data storage, processing, and analysis requirements

Predictive Analytics

Explore predictive analytics methodologies and techniques to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks across various business functions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, finance, and product development, to integrate data analytics into business processes and decision-making workflows.

Continuous Improvement

Continuously assess and optimize data analytics processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
