Support aggressive sales growth
- Achieve the budgeted sales by ensuring the optimal planning of resources and managing the skews and showcasing agility in supply chain.
Reduce costs in the supply chain
- Ensuring high supply chain cost efficiency by improving the productivity of the manpower.
Significantly improve the reliability of the supply chain
- Ensuring superior & reliable customer service levels or been achieved by close monitoring of order flow and high degree of response to demand.
WH - Operations Improvement
- Kaizen, 5S and SGA project implementation.
Training and Development
- Developing training module and structuring the training and measuring the performance.
