Network Operations | - Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and support of all network infrastructure, including Wifi, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment. - Configuration of Aruba & Cisco Switches, Tshoot with Local IT for performance degradation, Service uptime, SLA management. - Configuration of Aruba Wifi devices, Tshoot with Local IT for performance degradation, Service uptime, SLA management. - Configuration of Fortinet Firewall devices, Tshoot with Local IT for performance degradation, Service uptime, SLA management. - Inventory management. - Manage latest firmware on all Network devices & plan for upgrade regularly. - Overview configuration of all devices, implement industry best practices, - Ensure the network infrastructure is secure, reliable, and performs optimally. -Develop and implement network policies and procedures to ensure best practices and compliance with industry standards. -Manage Pan india Wifi Network & Critical switches of Hindalco. |
Incident and Problem Management | - Manage network incidents and outages, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations. - Conduct root cause analysis for network issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. |
Leadership and Management | - Lead and manage the network operations team, providing training, and knowledge to Pan Hindalco IT Teams. |
Documentation and Reporting | - Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures. |
