KRA 1: Safety : Ensure Zero harm in your working area. Implementation of UTCL safety norm at working sites. Reporting of near miss, WTI, SO as per schedule.
KRA 2: Plantation work : plantation of saplings for mines ans plant area. Ensure sevival rate minimum 90%.
KRA 3: Maintaining existing lawns, gardens, and hedges, planning for material, equipments for yearly maintenance, development of new lawns/corners.
KRA 4: Making yearly revenue budget, planning and monitoring of planned jobs.
KRA 5: Making/assist to develop model area in plant and colony. Help in cultural events in colony and plants.
Professional Qualifications: 5-10 year experience in related field.
Essential: MSc Agriculture
