Job Description:

1. Production planning, review of process parameters at every process stage.
2. To ensure productivity of machines and full capacity utilization of equipment’s.
3. To ensure minimum break down in plant.
4. Reprocess of ageing and block inventory.
5. To ensure availability of FG a per dispatch plan. Achieved consumption norms of all grade are within budget.
6. Support the maintenance team for better utilization of different equipment installed inside plant.
7. Ensure quality of the product at each stage & rejection of production lot during normal operations including raw material which will affect the quality /equipment performance.
8. Review Daily Delivery Plan with Supply Chain Management & Quality team for making smooth dispatch activity.
9.  Implementation of digitization as much as possible for data integrity. To minimize the waste generation.
10. Develop process in accordance to safety and Health compliance. To   follow   all    safety  requirements  as stipulated by the Factories Act & environment related    statutory requirements.   
11. Ensure better working condition of machines and equipment to meet production targets in coordination with Engineering department.
12.  Ensure adherence of Standard Operating Procedure that will resulted to quality product as per Quality Plan.
