Key Result Area

1.Lead content creation for the brand: Storytelling for the latest collections which will render themselves in social, in-store, market-activation, B2B, B2C and all other touchpoints for the brand (ATL, Digital, BTL)
2.Increased Engagement and Follower Growth:
a)Curate and publish compelling content consistently across platforms.
b)Engage with the audience through interactive and timely content.
c)Leverage analytics to refine content strategy and improve engagement metrics.
3. Enhanced Brand Image:
a)Enhance/Develop content for Retail and Performance
b)Collaborate with creative agencies to produce high-quality visuals and narratives.
c)Monitor and adapt to feedback, ensuring the brand remains aspirational to its audience.
4.Conversion Rate Improvement:
a)Create targeted campaigns that drive traffic to e-commerce and store.
b)Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Lead to optimize content for conversions.
5.Cohort Targeting:
a)Build a sustainable engagement plan for Women, Students & Small Town
