reports, Welfare activities, Planning & Budgeting of HR Department & Communication at ACML.

3) Job Context & Major Challenges:

Job Context: Carry out all HR process activities Job Challenges: Amelia Coal Mining Limited is a

green-field project with many activities to be performed by the HR Department. Right from

recruitment, PMS, Payroll, MIS and Monthly Reports.

Manpower Planning Close coordination with the dept. heads for the manpower

requirements, Ensure & Verify Personnel Requisition form

Sourcing Strategy

Sourcing the exact match profiles as per the JD in the

following sources. Through IRS, Advertisements,

Referrals, Existing Database, Recruitment Consultants

Managing new employee s

orientation

Follow-up for quick joining Coordinate with the Admin for

Vehicle & accommodation arrangement. Carrying out the

joining Process Verify the records Issuing the

Appointment Letter and executing the Induction Process

and smooth handover. Constant connect with the new

joinee till settle down.

Monthly HR Reports & HR MIS

Preparing & sending monthly HR report to corporate.

Preparing & sending monthly HR MIS to corporate.

Preparing & Sending Quarterly HR reports. Any other

report as per the requirement of unit as well as corporate

PMS of Employees

Coordinating in Goal Setting of employees Coordinating

in setting up the evaluation criteria for employees

Coordinating in completing the mid-year appraisal and

annual appraisal for employees. Normalization of ratings

in consultation with concerned HODs.

Measuring organizational health

To organize & Implement vibes and employee satisfaction

survey, Vibes Actioning and Employee engagement

initiatives To identify and ensure cases for Exemplary

Award Recognizing best employee, Manager by giving

award in a gathering Identifying the points through Vibes

cross functional team Implementation of action plan for

points emerged Ensuring implementation of points in

Vibes findings Initiate employee engagement initiates

Organize various employees engagement activities to

motivate and create a healthy and oneness environment

among the employees
