Job Description:

• Good working understanding of PLC (Siemens) and DCS (Yokogawa and Emerson)
• Working knowledge of various sensor and encoders
• Hands-on experience of working with field instrumentation, transmitters and valves
• Modern Process automation practices
• Understanding of Safety & sustainability
• To maintain all instruments and controls to upkeep process parameters and reduce breakdown and also to upgrade the system whenever required.
• Maintain DCS and SCADA control system to increase uptime & thereby enhance production, quality at optimum cost and also to upgrade the systems as per current trend.
• Development of vendor for automation, new equipment with advanced technology, spares and services to improve productivity and to reduce the life cycle cost.
• To reduce breakdown in such a way that the permanent solution of any problem should be done.
• To keep the record updated so that in future we can analyze and find the permanent solution and root cause

Qualifications:
