Job Purpose:
To ensure the organizational objectives and business benefits are achieved through -
- Design and deliver IT solutions in SAP HANA Sales & Distribution – including Sales Order processing, Manual and auto Pricing, Pricing routines, Delivery, Inventory integration, logistics , GST, SAP Country India version (Essential) etc
- Functional inputs for development of BI/ Analytics dashboard in Sales and customer analytics
- Strong understanding in mapping Customer Journey mapping in a CRM system
- Managing MTO & MTS scenarios
- SD data (Master/transactional) preparation and migration during implementation/Rollouts . Oversee data correctness on regular basis.
- Design application for mobility scenarios in SD business process
- Drive standard processes – manage change.
- Build adequate controls and audit mechanisms into financial systems to restrict leakages and drive compliance.
- Deliver automatic pricing with workflow based price approval
- Ensure high system availability.
- Ensuring data sanctity in the system
- To drive Change management through user training and support on continuous basis, especially considering the attrition of Business users.
- Providing innovative solution of the business issues
- Providing competitive advantages through optimisation of implemented processes, functionality enhancements in specialised areas and building a platform for Analytics.
- Driving usage of new functionality
- Driving applications and usage EBO retail outlets
- Quantify benefits of related IT initiatives
- Understands SAP Segregation of Duties in his area

- BE & MBA with around 8-10 years of relevant experience with manufacturing Company (Textile Preferred)
- o Primary: SAP-SD, CRM, Interface systems and BI Analytics
- o Secondary: SAP COPA, Logistics, Warehouse,
- SAP Certification in SD module required, Good to have in SAP HANA
- 2-3 end-to-end SAP Implementation and solutioning experience in SAP SD module
- Responsible for supporting Sales team requirements of 3 Manufacturing units, 13 Sales teams,
- Open to travel to different locations as and when required and schedule requirement gathering workshops, training, User acceptance testing
- Able to work with External Consultants/ ABAP Developers/ Qlikview/ Power BI Developers, manage Change Requests and Effort estimate,
- Exp in working in SAP CHARM/ Solution Manager, well versatile with ITSM process and maintaining internal SLA,
- Ability to work with SAP consultants on HANA Implementation project and lead his area,
- Experience in Building up Interface with Non SAP Modules, Specially using SAP HCPI
- Knowledge of GST and it’s mapping in SAP including e-way bill and e-invoicing interface,
- Experience in Pricing
- Experience in planning & Forcasting
- Experience in Sales & Operation planning ( SNOP)
- Trouble-shooting experience for solution /product issues.
- Ability to guide customisation. Preparing functional Specification and end to end testing of Customisation.
- Fair ABAP knowledge
