Job Description:
Job context: Responsible for supporting product heads in the execution of research projects and management of laboratory analytical activities for analysis of chemical samples, products, etc. Extending facilities for new product/application development for enhancing the product portfolio with a focus on Individual product applications. Handling and calibration of equipment viz. TOC, ICP, GC, TGA, HPLC, FTIR, Uv-Vis., Ion analyzer, Zeta meter etc. Collaborate with the marketing team to extend technical support to existing and new customers.

1. Laboratory Management | - Implementation and practicing ISO 17025:2017 in the laboratory
- Support for procurement of Chemicals/Glassware equipment for the lab, and coordinate with equipment manufacturers for maintenance, calibration, and servicing.
- Inventory management of consumables in the lab
- Calibration and validation of all the equipment
- Drafting SOPs for testing, WCM-related guidelines, and safety and ensure adherence to the same.

2. Work on research projects & New product development | - Literatures review related to ongoing projects.
- Assisting scientists in the design and development of experimental protocols and laboratory facilities.
- Support for execution of the experiment, sample analysis, and drafting of the report
- Conduct Lab/pilot scale trials of the developed product
