1. Contracts related with land, renewables. 
2. Negotiation and closure of all agreements related to renewable and land.

Job Description 

a.            Drafting of MOUs, Agreements to Sell, Conveyance Deeds and any other documentation required for purchase, sale, or lease of land.

b.            Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various power purchase agreements for purchase of power and other power related documents like EPC and O&M.

c.             Advising on relevant state and central laws with respect to purchase of land as well as process and structuring.

d.            Advising on various electricity and power related laws as well as changes in regulations.

e.            Negotiating and closing all agreements with respect to purchase and sale of land and energy.

f.             Meeting various local authorities along with the business counterpart to ascertain state level requirements.

g.            Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements related with purchase of fly ash and slag.

h.            Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts, including for marketing and manufacturing, as may be required from time to time.

The role will be the point of contact for all transactions related with land acquisitions, power purchase and sale.
