Job Description:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and performance benchmarks.
- End-to-end system architecture and working with cross functional teams
- Applying new technologies, best design practices and usability patterns
- Collaborating with UX team, product managers and other technical teams to create optimized and delightful user experience
- Creating and maintaining documentation for web development processes, code, and best practices.
- Ensuring websites are compatible across various browsers, platforms, and devices.
- Identifying and troubleshooting website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks, and apply necessary fixes.
- Supporting NFRs (e.g. reliability, scalability, responsiveness, security) in technical design and build
- Mentoring and training junior engineers and enable peers
