Key Result Areas
- Technical knowledge on wood working and Wood Finishes Products – Melamine, PU (Polyurethane) , Polyester etc. Along with product knowledge, product application skills are required.
- Recommendation of competition products and Manage Product Trials; Testing in the field with different kinds of Mechanise tools and market practices.
- Handholding of team in field for product related support like product demo, training to contractors/ applicators and problem-solving products and application related.
- Evaluating customer complaints and taking corrective action relating to product application issues.
- Implement protocols for conducting customer field trials, documentation on data analysis and feedback to Marketing team.
- In coordination with Sales, ensure regular active listening to and understanding of customers/ contractors and consumer/contractors’ segments.
- Relationship Development with internal and external customers and OEMS as well as Channel partners and Capturing Market Insights.
- Effective monitoring of competitors' activities and structured reporting.
- Documentations for the Training, filed visits and complaints of the region
- Technical insights from Customers/ contractors/ Dealers to identify the scope of new product Introduction.
- Identify critical market trends and assess their potential impact on WF business

Graduate Diploma
Minimum Experience Level:
1-8 Years
