Job Description:

Job Purpose


Strategic projects Implementation

  • Collaborate with CEO and Function Heads to identify key strategic and improvement projects in Sales, Partner management and relating functions to help business drive revenue growth
  • Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives / special projects through functions on an ongoing basis and tracking and reporting feasibility of the same to CEO and senior management
  • Lead and deliver clear and tangible benefits at project closure
  • Lead Change Management for these projects to drive adoption and facilitate necessary changes by influencing policy and process changes.

Project Governance

  • Establish and manage project methodology incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation, and reporting which is agile, fits the needs of the project and puts emphasis on the quality of decision making and timely project delivery.
  • Closely review, monitor and drive completion of projects in predefined timeframe

 

 

Implement framework to improve Business & process maturity 

  • Identify and Map Out Business processes, assess these processes on applicable Domestic & international Excellence frameworks like Malcom Baldridge, COPQ , CII excellence framework, ISO, PCMM ,CMMI, ITIL ,etc. 
  • Facilitate reengineering & action of feedbacks received from assessments to achieve Benchmark levels of Quality, Process Excellence and Customer satisfaction and improve Business & process maturity.
  • Lead and oversee forums for regularly reviewing the progress with the Leadership team of the Businesses as well as across Businesses and working with the teams to eliminating the issues faced during implementation, leverage the same to share of best practices & recognize high performing processes by publishing success stories on the various implementations 
  • Lead and drive participation in various external awards and competitions

Monitor Business process performance indicators through deployment of Scorecards, SLAs and TAT monitoring

  • Develop & publish dashboard on business process performance indicators and support in identification of improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with Senior Management & the Business teams to identify & define the Strategic, Business & process level indicators 
  • Develop measurement processes, evaluate areas of low performance and plan actions for improving the performance
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams in identifying the improvement projects based on the KPI performance

Institutionalizing Excellence and deployment of Excellence model 

  • Liaise and establish channels of communications and develop actions for deployment of excellence processes across the business verticals
  • Plan and conduct training to build specific competencies on various areas like 5S, Waste, COQ etc & facilitate creation of Model branches & Lean champions.
  • Develop & institutionalize Business Continuity planning which would including designing the processes, implementation, testing & acceptance & maintenance as well as continued analysis
  • Continuous evaluate areas of application of emerging technologies like artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation ,NLP, etc & facilitate execution
  • Establish a team-based structure and facilitate deployment
  • Assess the progress of the units based on the internal assessment process and plan for actions to accelerate the progress.

 

Drive Quality & Business Excellence Projects

  • Identify opportunities and support businesses to achieve significant tangible benefits through Six Sigma, Lean, COQ and other approaches through identification and execution of projects and sustaining the gains to achieve significant tangible business benefits
  • Drive project identification session with the Leadership teams of the businesses
  • Review, monitor and facilitate completion of projects in predefined timeframe
  • Share progress and impact at leadership meetings.

Drive participation of projects in external forums to develop competitive advantage and external recognitions

Business engagement & stakeholder relationships

 

  • Acts as a Process Excellence evangelist across the business, maintaining strong relationships with Functional heads and Senior Management to educate and drive cultural changes to support business strategies.
  • Works in partnership with business stakeholders providing Process Excellence expertise to identify and shape opportunities that drive improved customer experience, efficiency, and risk reduction.
  • Provides appropriate challenge to the business to embed continuous improvement as a culture and support the delivery of outcomes in conjunction with the Change and Implementation Lead.
  • §  Accountable for the engagement model from inception through to implementation of projects, driving a program of improvement whilst promoting the team and its benefits across the organization.

Qualifications:
Graduate

Minimum Experience Level:
2-3 Years
