- To increase the operational efficiency of the Mechanical services and reducing unscheduled downtime of Mechaincal Shift, Kiln, Coal Mill Section
- Cost Optimization
- Statutory compliance
- Achieving customer satisfaction by completing job with accuracy within stipulated time in work shop.
- Optimize Compressed air and water pumps power consumption in pyro and grinding section
- Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives

3-6 Years
