1)Submit 6 Kaizen per year to achieve Unit KPE Target

2)To participate in >80% GRT Meetings 

1) To ecourage and ensure the area development and achieving the BCE Score above 85%

2)Submitting Two Sugestion per year

1)Near-Miss reporting

2)Departmental Documentation of Standards with zero Deviations to avoid findings during Auditing.

3) 100% Closure of Permits 

1)Submit 12 Nearmiss cases per year to achieve zero accidents  2) Documentation with with zero Deviations to avoid findings during Auditing. 3) Ensuring 100% Closure of Permits after completion of the job, Monthly Review.
