Job Description:
Base Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Graduate & Above
Preferred skills: 4-8 years of Experience in Brand Trade Sales, Multi Business Outlet Channel, Wholesale Management.
Key Result Areas
Sales – Primary and Secondary & CBA
- Coordinate with internal and external stake holders
- Control the margins provided and also discounts offered to achieve the sales.
Retail Expansion AFS and MBOs
- Identify locations and set timelines. Set expansion targets
L2L of AFS and Key accounts
- Improve and adherence of retail processes, strategic initiatives, Buying & Merchandising activity
Receivables – True in case of MDP and Distributors
- Identify locations and set timelines. Set expansion targets
Stock Returns
- Ensure that stock returns are within norms
New Order generation, Core growth
- Identify gap and place new products in relevant formats, ensure core availability and L2L growth
Team Development
- Identify areas of learning for the team and ensure training and projects are planned
Qualifications:
