Ganjam – It is located around 140 k.m. away from Bhubaneswar (Capital of Odisha) and well connected with National highway NH16. Unit is having well established residential colony for all its employees and English medium School up to 10th class affiliated with ICSE board.
Candidate Profile:
Retired Army Personnel with A Master’s Degree in Public Relations/Mass Communication or MBA/PGDM in Journalism & Mass Communication with 12-16 years (minimum of 6 years’ of extensive experience in a manufacturing setup out of total experience)
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent verbal, written and social media skills
- Profound interpersonal & networking skills.
- Proactive stakeholder management skills
- Having experience in administration and managing infrastructure.
- Fluency in Odia language (written & spoken) will be an added advantage.

Engaging with the community | - Work out a strategic plan on extending our CSR activities to the nearby peripheral communities / villages.
- Community issues are identified through participatory social impact assessment studies and consultation with various stakeholders.
- Interaction and plan to implement need base activities with local communities, Panchayat Raj Institutions, rural Development agencies, Govt. development Blocks, SHGs and NGOs.
- Collection of data through regular surveys and focused group meetings.

Implement various initiatives on the 5 CSR themes of ABG | - Programs on education focusing on Girl child education, to improve the literacy, increases enrolment, & basic amenities to improve the quality education in rural school and career growth of youth masses.
- Support for Girls Education. Organize Adolescent Girls Education Programs.
- Organize Infrastructures support to Schools, Aganwadi, Panchayat & others Department.
- Health camps for school children. Program on Preventive Health Care Support for organizing Health related awareness in surrounding villages. Organize Multi-purpose Medical Camps. HIV/AIDS Campaigning Camps and De-addiction campaign for social development. Health & Hygiene Program (Toilet Construction & Awareness).
- Women Empowerment through Skill & Capacity building which includes training, exposure, and extension.
- Organize programs for the youth to make productive use of their time and energy for self and village development and Programs on agriculture and livestock development in surrounding villages, Capacity building which includes training, exposure and extension.
- Organize animal health camp in the village Organize awareness generation and special day celebration events, Collaboration with government and other resource agencies for development work,
- Program with community-based organization like milk dairy samiti, beej samiti, SHG, MFIs, etc. Liaison with villagers / local leaders/Govt. officials for better industrial relations and community development work, Supporting CSR activities on health care, education and women empowerment.

Maintaining Data | - Collection and maintaining downstream data.
- Facilitating and conducting CSR assessment study with social institutions and educational bodies.
- Supplement resources for basic needs of villages, maintaining data for BRC purpose.

Networking | - Networking with NGO’s, Govt. Institutions and other social development agencies and collaborate with other national / international agencies for project implementation and technical support
- Actively seek out collaborative partnership with Govt. Institutions and NGOs
- Study Govt. budget on rural development and develop dialogue with agencies for fund deployment
- To maintain good relations in the neighbouring villages to enhance company image and protect interests - Implement and facilitate need-based programs.

- Contact with Collectorate, SP office, Factory and Boiler office, MPCB, PESSO, FIRE, NAC, Local administration, Weight & Measure, Water resource dept. , to process various applications
- Liaisoning on land related matter and knowledge on plant layout, building layout.
- Engaging with the community, working to alleviate poverty through distinctive interventions in the areas of education, healthcare, sustainable livelihood, infrastructure development and social reform. In doing so, alter the quality of life of an underprivileged people, dramatically over a period.
- Mobilizing support from all stakeholders in implementing programs.
- Build good rapport with district administration and various govt offices to on time resolution on pending issues.

Administration | - Revenue & Capex Budgeting - Ensure proper budget utilization. Observation tracking & monitoring for controlling of sanction budget. Also taking additional effort’s for keep expenses within budget. Generation of purchase requisition & reservation for general consumables.
- General Day-To-Day Administration - Supervision & Monitoring housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness. Planning monitoring & arrangements of all the meetings. Conferences. & events. Arrangement of tea snacks & lunch during meetings & celebration at office/Township. Supervision & monitoring of office pantry services & hygiene. Stationery inventory maintaining & distribution. pest control & deep cleaning
- Accommodation & Furniture: Assist in smooth allotment of accommodation and distribution of furniture at offices and residential blocks of township. Allotment of accommodation at Township. Co-ordinate maintenance activities and prepare and issue allotment letters to the allottees.
Planning, Budgeting and distribution of furniture at offices and township quarters. Raising PR, outside furniture inspection visit at vendors site. Distribution of furniture items. Completion of discard formalities to dispose off condemn furniture. - Guest House administration and Canteen Management
