KRA3 | Planning & Budgeting | •To assist SH in collating and preparation of Annual HRD Budget •Consolidate Budgeted Figures along with backup data for getting Budget approval •Maintain budget vs actual expenses sheet for HRD department for continuous monitoring |
KRA4 | HR MIS | •Ensuring regular update & maintenance of Daily Management Folder of HRD •Coordinating with various stakeholders to prepare monthly reports like: Monthly Coordination Meeting, CFI Dashboard, Shabbash Card Dashboard, etc. •Assist SH in preparation of various PPTs related HR |
KRA5 | Social Security Schemes | •Ensuring timely administration of Social Security Schemes Sunischit, Nischint, National Pension Scheme, Medi-Claim, Group Personal Accident Policy cases •Ensuring timely updates / renewals of all Social Security Schemes as well as awareness amongst employees through innovative methods / approaches •Ensuring implementation of various HR policies and devising mechanism to invite feedback on implemented policies •Ensuring administration of Farewell Policy for retired employees |
