Job Description:
| Preference : Diploma in Mining or above with 1st class certificate from DGMS |

| 1. Experience in drilling and blasting |
| 2. Adherence of statutory compliance as per DGMS,PESO & IBM rules |
| 3. Manpower Handling |
| 4. Knowledge of quality management system in Limestone deposit |
| 5. Knowledge of SAP, MIS |
| 6. Effective supervision of man and machine |
| 7. Improve Heavy Earth Moving Machinery and Manpower Productivity. |
| 8. Maintain required quality. |
| 9. Mines Management Information System and Key Performance Indicator monitoring on an everyday basis. |
| 10. Sustain Safety culture and reporting Near Miss. |
| 11. Mining Cost Reduction and PESO compliance. |
| 12. Sustain World Class Manufacturing Culture and Reporting of Kaizen. |
| 13. Mines Operations, Planning & Production - Productivity. |

Mining Engineering

5-7 Years
