Job Description:

Job Purpose

• Handling & increasing existing sales & generate new business through new customer in various geographies.
• Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing business.
• Organize, control and monitor direct sales & marketing activities for linen yarn Business segment in Specified geographies
• Forecast and Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for business development in terms of customer creation and volume generation keeping into account the bottom line.

• Achieve budgeted margins by ensuring prices are in line with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt service and achieving OTIF targets
• Ensure timely new product developments and coordinate with production and Value creation team.
• Forecast and achieve collection targets.
• Prompt response to customer complaints and closure in coordination with operations team

Job Context & Major Challenges

With growing competition from new spinning units coming up in India, it has become imperative to be in constant touch with Customer / market extending value added service. There is need to focus in new geography.
