Safety	Improve safety culture and implement safety standard
Procurement	i) Placing PO within 15 days of released PR ii) Reduction of procurement cost by 10% iii) Activity in Pilog iv) Reply related UKSC queries with in 3 days v) New Vendor development - 12 vendor per month Internal  Frequency  Nature  Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Human Resource, Logistics Department   Daily  Planning External     Vendors,Suppliers,Services provider
