Job Purpose Description
The role holder will be operating the Slitting Line/ Annealing Furnace of the new coating line. The role includes:
1) Looking after Annealing Furnace, Slitting Line, Cooling Chamber Operations
2) Operating Cranes to shift coils from one place to another
3)Data Feeding, quality control while operating the equipment's
4) Look after shift activities related to safety, production, quality and efficiency
5) Look after SOPs related to machine and products
6)Transfer scrap from their area to recycling
7) Preparing and updating JSAs as and when required for all maintenance activities
