Job Description:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, process notes and SOPs, ensuring compliance with Group requirements
- Regularly communicate, review and update policies to align with industry best practices and evolving business needs
- Implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees
- Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline
- Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and talent management programs
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership for decision-making
- Drive employee engagement & culture cascade
- Lead capability development initiatives
Experience:
- Min. 3 years of COE experience
- Good understanding of Mix portfolios across COE functions
- Consultancy background e.g. – EY, Deloitte, PWC, Aon Hewitt, BCG, Korn Ferry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and influence stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Desired - certified in Hay’s Job evaluation method
