Job Description:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, process notes and SOPs, ensuring compliance with Group requirements
  2. Regularly communicate, review and update policies to align with industry best practices and evolving business needs
  3. Implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees
  4. Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline
  5. Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and talent management programs
  6. Provide data-driven insights to leadership for decision-making
  7. Drive employee engagement & culture cascade
  8. Lead capability development initiatives

 

Experience:

  • Min. 3 years of COE experience
  • Good understanding of Mix portfolios across COE functions
  • Consultancy background e.g. – EY, Deloitte, PWC, Aon Hewitt, BCG, Korn Ferry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and influence stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Desired  - certified in Hay’s Job evaluation method

 


Qualifications:
Executive MBA

Minimum Experience Level:
5-8 Years
