1) Job Purpose | |
This position is responsible for ensuring day-to-day infra support to the employees. This includes desktop/ laptop and associated peripheral support as well as network and local servers and associated setups and configuration. This position will remain responsible for Infrastructure support for various IT and Digital projects in the unit. This position also will explore technical solutions for Infra and determine the applicability of the same to the unit and makes recommendations for deployment in co-ordination with Corporate Infra team. This position will be the SPOC for Corporate infra projects for units. | |
