We are looking for Senior Recruitment Specialist – Manufacturing from corporate / consulting background handling end-to-end recruitment and campus process to join the Aditya Birla Chemicals, Head Office in Mumbai. The role will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top-tier talent for our organization, both in India and overseas. Leveraging the extensive experience in recruitment and head hunting within the manufacturing sector, the position will be working to build a high-performing team that drives our company's growth and success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for manufacturing roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and on boarding.
  2. Utilize expertise in headhunting and talent mapping to identify and engage with high-calibre candidates, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
  3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fulfill them.
  4. Proactively network and build relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders 
  5. Stay updated of market trends, competitor activity, and AI-driven best practices in recruitment to inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging AI technologies, to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience
  7. Responsible for overseeing the governance aspects of hiring and campus recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards to maintain transparency in all recruitment activities
  8. Proficient in implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) hiring practices, ensuring a fair and inclusive recruitment process that attracts a diverse talent pool.
  9. Campus Hiring: Develop and execute campus-hiring strategies to attract fresh talent from education institutions, ensuring a strong pipeline of entry-level talent.
  10. Work to build lasting relationships with academic institutions, to focus on regular campus engagements that not only strengthen our brand presence but also foster strong corporate partnerships with the campuses. 

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from Tier 2 college 
  2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting, with a strong focus on the manufacturing sector.
  3. Proven track record of successfully filling manufacturing roles at various levels, both in India and overseas.
  4. Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for sourcing and candidate engagement.
  5. Good Working knowledge on MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva etc.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  7. Preference will be given to candidates who can join within 30 days. 
  8. Campus Hiring Experience: Experience in developing and managing campus hiring programs is highly desirable.
